North Rocks Liberals

North Rocks Ward of City of Parramatta is represented by two Liberal Councillors, Andrew Jefferies and Bob Dwyer. Bob Dwyer was elected Lord Mayor in September 2019.

Andrew Jefferies

Andrew Jefferies grew up in Carlingford and has lived here for over three decades, having formerly represented our community as a Councillor, Mayor and Deputy Mayor of The Hills Shire Council. Andrew is married with two young children and his eldest daughter now attends his old public school at Murray Farm.

Bob Dwyer – Lord Mayor

Bob Dwyer is a long-term community member of Winston Hills, having twice served Winston Hills and Northmead on the former Parramatta Council, and as its Deputy Mayor. Bob ran a small business for 15 years and was previously employed in the banking sector. Bob is married and is a grandfather of six.
